New Urban Communities Authority
announces providing distinctive housing plots with full
utilities (buildings-villas ) for sale by public lot
during the period from 7/9/2014 to 16/ 10/ 2014
According
to the following conditions :
- Dossier
and specifications are available in all branches of
Housing and Development Bank
for the payment of 200 pounds, "only two hundred pounds,"
starting on Monday, 15/9/2014 .
- A booking data form is submitted during the period from
12.10.2014 to 10.30.2014 from three o'clock p.m to six o'clock
p.m, at all branches of
Housing and Development Bank (dealing with any third party or
individuals outside the bank is prohibited ).

The first sum of booking , 250 thousand pounds (two
hundred and fifty thousand pounds) for (New Cairo -6 th October
6 - Shorouk – Obour ) cities and 100 thousand pounds (one
hundred thousand pounds) for the remaining of
of other cities , paid in
cash or in certified
check, according to work schedules described above.
Booking terms
-
An applicant has to be a natural person (Egyptian
citizen) and not a legal entity (company or institution) and be
at least 21 years old in time of the announcement.
Method of allocation:
- There will be an
open manual lot according
to available plots and areas . The date and place of the plot
will be announced later in the presence of the officials of
the city authority and
Housing and Development Bank and
applicants who wish to attend
.
- The first sum of booking will
be repaid to the applicants who were not chosen according to the
public lot in addition to prescribed benefits that is calculated
from the date of payment until the date of their notification.
Payment
method
-
In case of obtaining a plot by lot , 35% of the total
value of the plot must be paid
within a period not
exceeding one month from the date of the public lot
in addition to (2%
administrative expenses +1% Board of Trustees of +1% Social
Housing Fund ).
- The outstanding of
the price of the plot is paid
on 8 equal quarterly installments. The first installment
is due three months starting the date of public lot . The
outstanding installments will be paid in bank cheques in the
name of the city authority.
Receiving
the plot and the timing
of building
- Plot is received within
a period not exceeding one month from the date of the public lot
.
- The necessary documents to get a building permit are submitted
during five months as
maximum from the date of receiving the plot.
- The completion of the concrete structure must be finished
within twelve months from the date of issuance of building
permits.
- The completion of the work finishes must be finished within
twelve months following the date of the end of the concrete
structure.
- Plot will be withdrawn in case of non-completion of the
implementation during the thirty months from the date of
receiving .
- Successful candidates must commit to conditions and
specifications in the dossier.
