Dr. / Moustafa  Madbouly , the minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities  delegated Eng. Kamal Fahmi ,the vice chairman of Urban Communities Authority and Eng . Asim  Algazar  ,the head of Urban Planning Authority at the opening of Cityscape Egypt this year, which is the largest real estate event in Egypt held at Cairo International Conference Center during  16-19  September 2015.

The conference witnessed the most important decision-makers, concerned local and international investors, real estate developers , representatives of the government and the Investment Authority and senior architects, designers and consultants active in the field of design and construction real estate.

Everyone has stressed that the real estate sector is witnessing a remarkable and large growth and   that it has restored its activity again and contributed at a rate of 16% of GDP. They  expected   more growth with the help of the government adopting  major development projects of  so that the rate can reach 20% the next year, which is unprecedented for this sector.
