New Urban Communities Authority announces providing   a commercial administrative recreational hotel project through partnership system  with the the  private sector  on an area of ​​171 acres in the  ninth district in the 6^th October  city by auction  in sealed envelopes between real estate developers  over  NUCA share  in  the project company shares .

the project  elements
1- Hotel   use   of 250 rooms on 11 acres.
2-  Various uses such as   administrative buildings   with commercial buildings (Eat Out) on an area of ​​7 acres.
3 -  Various use (Commercial - administrative – recreational) on 4 acres.
4-Various uses such as administrative offices with an extension of two commercial floors on an area of ​​4 acres.
5- Various uses such as administrative offices with an extension of a commercial floor on an area of ​​11 acres.
6- Hotel use :  230 hotel apartments  on an area of ​​7 acres.
7. The main attraction of the project (a cultural building - sports stadiums - open theatre - children's play areas - entertaining tower - lake with a restaurant - open showrooms ) on an area of ​​ 123.18 acres.

According to the following conditions:

1- Partnership is by an auction in  in  sealed envelopes  (technical and financial ) in the name of  the head  6^th October  city  authority according to the rules mentioned  in auction dossier .  .

2-    Inquiries can be sent by e- mail  on 1/ 8/ 2013  and  clarification session is held on Tuesday ( 20/8/2013)    in New Urban Communities Authority  headquarters  at Huryah  street , the intersection of 26 th July axis with entrance (2) , Sheikh Zayed  . Offers will be technically evaluated   according to the general rules of evaluation mentioned in auction dossier.    .

3- Submission of offers and opening of technical envelopes will be on Tuesday ( 1/10/2013) at  12.00 p.m.  in 6^th October  city headquarters  .  

4- Auction bond  is 10 million  pounds t   paid cash or in check in the name of 6^th October  city  Authority or an unconditional  letter of guarantee issued by a certified bank for the auctioneer. This will be included in the technical envelope.

5- Successful candidates must commit to conditions and specifications in auction dossier.

6- Unsuccessful bidders will have their auction bond as soon as evaluation ends.

 -  Those interested in booking auction dossier will pay LE 30000 (thirty thousand Egyptian pounds) starting  Monday (1 / 7 /2013) from 6^th October  city headquarters.
